At QUTUZ Apparel, we are committed to providing top-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or direct bank account within 5-7 business days.
• Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
